Update Various SEDA Fast Oracle Feeds on Injective Exchange dApps

Summary

Several perpetual markets on Injective Exchange dApps currently use SEDA Fast oracle feeds routed through existing proxy infrastructure. Replacement feed configurations have been prepared to use a lower latency endpoint. If passed, this proposal will update the SEDA Fast oracle feeds for a second batch of perpetual markets to use the lower latency endpoint.
