If passed, this proposal will decrease the hourly funding rate caps for the AUDUSD/USDC PERP, EURUSD/USDC PERP, GBPUSD/USDC PERP, NZDUSD/USDC PERP, USDCAD/USDC PERP, USDCHF/USDC PERP, USDHKD/USDC PERP, USDJPY/USDC PERP, USDNOK/USDC PERP, USDSEK/USDC PERP, and USDSGD/USDC PERP markets from 0.0625% to 0.00275%.
