This is a Council proposal to re-elect the following individuals to the Orca Governance Council for the 2026 term: (i) Cortina; (ii) Lakshman Sankar; (iii) Chadwick Miller; (iv) Tim Westcott; and (v) Christopher Montagano. If passed, this proposal will: 1. Authorize the Council to stake any or all the SOL in the ORCA DAO Treasury. 2.
