TRU-1: Establishment of Tokemak Foundation.
Abstract This proposal looks to approve the ownership transfer of several aspects of the Tokemak protocol to the Tokemak Foundation: 1. Transfer ownership of the Tokemak treasury to the Foundation. This transfer would include the ownership transfer of the DAO/Treasury Multisig (0x8b4334d4812C530574Bd4F2763FcD22dE94A969B) and the Dev Coordinator Multisig (0x90b6C61B102eA260131aB48377E143D6EB3A9d4B). 2.
